- The experiences are for two people apart from paintballing, which is for up to four people.

- Lifestyle cannot guarantee the quality and/or availability of your selected experience. The quality of the treatments or activities offered by your chosen venue cannot be guaranteed and no responsibility can be accepted for any resulting disagreements. Liability is not accepted for any personal loss (including but not limited to wasted expenditure) resulting from any booked treatment or activity, caused by matters beyond Lifestyle's reasonable control. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
- Lifestyle cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the providers of the experiences (including any sites linked to the promotional website). Nothing in these terms shall exclude or restrict the liability of Lifestyle for: (a) death or personal injury resulting from that party's negligence; or (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Nothing in these terms shall exclude or restrict the liability of any party in respect of any liability which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
