General Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion runs between 10 August and 31 October 2009 inclusive.
2. To be eligible you must be aged 18 years or over and reside in the UK. Offers are only available either in mainland UK or in Northern Ireland. Height, weight & health restrictions may also apply. Some activities may require a certain level of fitness or ability. If you have doubts about your fitness level or health or are suffering from any medical conditions or injury, consult your doctor before participating. Debenhams can accept no liability for personal loss or injury during participation in any offer, as far as permitted by law.
3. Only cardholders who have met the relevant criteria will be eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Lifestyle Incentives Limited (LIL) and their suppliers will not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete or illegible applications.
5. Vouchers are available from 10 August 2009.
6. Provision of the ‘Debenhams Summer Savings’ is subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn without prior notification. Date restrictions, including holiday periods and special event days, may apply. Any alternatives offered will be of equal or greater value. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
7. Debenhams Summer Savings Vouchers will expire 31 October 2009. Expiry dates will be stated on the vouchers.

11. All listed venues have confirmed willingness to participate. Lifestyle Incentives and the promoter cannot be held responsible for any venues subsequently declining acceptance of a voucher for reasons of their own, nor can they be responsible should any participating venue cease trading. The promoter, its agents and distributors are not responsible for the management of the facilities and will accept neither liability nor claims for disappointment or dispute in relation to management of the facilities and the experiences. Any dispute concerning the venue's conditions of service must be settled directly between the participant concerned and the venue.
