General terms & conditions

  1. This offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over (excluding employees of Telefónica O2 UK Limited ("O2"), Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB ("Sony Ericsson") and Lifestyle Incentives Ltd("Lifestyle") and their families).
  2. The gift certificate is non-transferable and is intended for the sole use of the addressee.
  3. To claim your O2 eco offer go to the relevant page for the offer you want and complete your application online using the claim number shown on your claim form.
  4. Full details of the offers available can be obtained in the specific terms and conditions for each offer. You should verify all details, including restrictions, prior to completing your claim as once an offer has been selected, it cannot be exchanged for another offer, apart from as provided in these terms and conditions.
  5. Claims must be completed no later than March 18th 2010. Failure to return complete the claim by this date will render it invalid.
  6. Lifestyle will send you your gift, voucher or confirmation of contribution (subject to availability) after verification, which will take 14 days.
  7. Lifestyle can accept no liability for incomplete claims.
  8. Lifestyle reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers. Should this occur, Lifestyle will inform you of such changes. If your selected offer becomes unavailable, you will be asked to select an alternative offer listed within the promotion. Water terms & conditions

  1. Each £25 donation to The One Foundation will help to fund a PlayPump™ roundabout water system at a school in Malawi. In Africa, something as simple as a glass of water can involve up to a five hour walk for many children – often meaning they don’t ever make it to school. With a PlayPump™ roundabout, children play on the roundabouts, which power the pumps that provide fresh water.
