In Africa, something as simple as a glass of water can involve up to a five hour walk for many children – often meaning they don’t ever make it to school. With a PlayPump™ roundabout, children play on the roundabouts, which power the pumps that provide fresh water. So, the children have fun, they can go to school, the community gets clean water and all their lives can take a turn for the better.
