  • I’ve bought a Naite Greenheart mobile. How do I get my gift?
    Your claim form should be in the box. Go to the home page. Pick the gift you want, and type in the number on the form.
  • There was no claim form with my Naite Greenheart mobile, what should I do?
    Contact us on 08081 78 21 02. Lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except on bank holidays.
  • Where can I use my voucher?
    Go to the home page. Pick the gift your voucher is for, and check the locations.
  • How long will my gift/voucher take to come through?
    Once we get your claim, it takes us 14 days to check everything. We’ll post your gift/voucher straight after. If the gift you picked isn’t on offer anymore, we’ll let you know.
  • How long do I have to claim?
    We need to have your claim by 18 March 2010 or it won’t be valid.
  • I’ve bought more than one Naite Greenheart mobile. Can I get more than one voucher?
    Yes. As long as you’ve got the different claim form codes.
