Q: Where can I find my account number?
A: You can find your account number on the top right hand side of your statement.
Q: How do I qualify for discount vouchers?
A: Just use your Debenhams MasterCard outside of Debenhams stores between 19th June and 31st July 2009:
Spend £100 or more and receive up to 50% off dining vouchers.
Spend £150 or more to also receive 50% off attractions vouchers.
Q: How do I get my vouchers?
A: Login using your surname and the last 4 digits of your account number. The voucher download option will become available for each venue listed.
Q: Where can I use my vouchers?
A: You can use your vouchers at any of the venues listed on this website. Use the region selector on the home page to find your local participating venues.
Q: How many times can I use my vouchers?
A: Some venues will only allow you to use one voucher per visit (please check with your local venue in advance) – but apart from this, you can print off and use vouchers as many times as you like.
